iConquer Online Training Guide - Preparing To Hike The Grand Canyon
HERE IS HOW TO GET STARTED WITH THE ON-LINE TRAINING GUIDE
This is the original iConquer Online Training Guide. It was written to for South Rim Adventure hikers from all walks of life, with different fitness levels, goals, interests and abilities. Whether you are hiking the South Rim Adventure OR the Rim2Rim/Rim2Rvr Trails, please read this section (Pages 1-15). They contain vital information about hiking in Grand Canyon in general and if used as intended, will provide you with an excellent start to preparing for BOTH iConquer hikes.
For those hiking the Rim2Rim and Rim2Rver Adventures, continue on to the Next Level Training Program. This section is for Next Level Training Participant ONLY!
Please keep in mind, there are two training programs and schedules; South Rim Adventure and Next Level (Rim to Rim/Rim to River) hikes. The actual training schedules are in NO WAY similar. Please follow the one that is specifically for your adventure at Grand Canyon.
All Pages To The Training Sites Are Available Through The Table Of Contents.
