We encourage you to read this guide carefully and hope you will do your best to follow the training schedules as closely as as possible. By doing so, your adventure will be the most rewarding and the safest possible. As you go through your training it is important that you stay connected to Conquer The Trail of any challenges you may be experiencing. We will help you by answering your questions and giving you additional suggestions.
This guide was written and designed to be a good starting point for you to prepare for your adventure with Conquer The Trail. Our goal is to meet the needs of beginner hikers as well as seasoned trekkers and runners.
If you are NEW and just getting started into hiking, great! We love to answer your questions.
If you are a well-conditioned athlete and are looking for a new challenge, welcome! We think you will find this adventure exciting and rewarding!
In BOTH cases, we will adjust your hike and adventure to meet your interests, fitness levels and abilities.
